In our 8 day Automotive Workshop we cover all aspects in the field. THIS IS OUR MASTERCLASS and designed for a complete beginner. We will be teaching ALL of our course courses in this one 8 day workshop covered over 2 weeks. You will learn how to remap, change mileage, clear crash data, program, cut keys and pick locks on all manufacturers you’ll also learn how to install aftermarket trackers and immobilizers such as Ghost and other CANBUS immobilizers to learn how to install the latest devices on the market. The course consists of a mix between classroom, practical and audio/video home study content. It includes the below courses:
- Our 5 star ECU remapping course that lasts 2 days and costs £700
- Our market leading CANBUS immobilizer and tracker fitting course £700
- Our industry recognized 5 star Auto Locksmith course that lasts 4 days and costs £1,200
- Our mileage correction course (This course is studied online in your own time but all the other courses are studied face to face in our training room at Newry Southern College) this costs £300
TOTAL COST SHOULD BE £700 + £700+£1,200+£300= £2,900
BUT, with our special bulk booking discount offer you get all the above for only £2,500 meaning you save £400
The deposit is £500 which leaves a remaining balance of £2,000 which can be paid on the first day of training or can be spread over 10 months @ £200 per month with no interest or credit checks needed

The start of week 2 on Monday the 11th to and including Thursday the 14th of August 2025 – (4 days – 09:15-16:30) is the last 4 days of your 8 day course and we’ll be covering our beginner to advanced Auto Locksmith Training Course (This is 4 days now not the 3 days that it states in the below videos:

Did the 3 day beginner auto locksmith course and loved it. Lewis has a vast amount of knowledge and was easy to talk too especially when I had no idea (no fault of his). My only advice is to don't think you will know everything when you've finished the course. It's set up to make see what equipment you need and how not to burn 10k on kit you don't need. This job is a lesson every day. He will show you the path you need to follow, it's up to you to learn as you go.Highly recommendRye Lindsay

I had my remapping training at the OBD Company and couldn’t be happier with the service I received!The course was made so much easier to digest down to Lewis’ way of teaching which made everything sink in instantly.I felt very confident going into my first job and any questions I’ve had since starting my remapping journey have been answered straight away, the post course support is amazing. Did a 2 day auto locksmith course and as mentioned before Lewis explains everything consicely. I found his advice on tools very useful it seemed impartial and gained from years of experience, this alone I think has more than paid the course fees.

I have done the 3 days auto locksmith course . Lewis been amazing , answered every question and had patience with every single participant . I will highly recommend him & his company for every course that you’re looking . I think he is the most knowledgeable person that I have met and surely will go back for other courses . Absolutely amazing place and the staff are really amazing and friendly went for my remapping course few weeks backs and they was really helpful gave me after support aswell that really helped me out did not uncomfortable doing my first remap as they gave me full support step by step really recommended going here if your looking to start your own business excellent company!

Without doubt a truly 5 Star experience!.. Lewis delivers his knowledge in a calm and collective manner that even a Mouse would understand exactly what he is delivering!.. I have been in the Motor trade for some 40 Years and Lewis has proved that you really dont know everything!.. Was a bit dubious about changing my career at the ripe old age of 38, especially when it involved using computers, however, I highly recommend this course and especially the people at OBD, it’s a great course and after a shaky start on my own I’m now up and running and loving it, I actually enjoy waking up to go to work and for that I can’t thank lewis and his team enough... very knowledgeable guy, very helpful and patient, thanks to all at The OBD Company

I attended the 2 days course and it's very helpful and informative.The 1st day it's very helpful for those who don't know or have any idea how to use remapping tools, etc...The 2nd day was amazing I've learnt a lot about tricore, well if you want to know more about the course I advise you to go on it you won't regret.

Excellent courses, and very detailed presentation. I now have no problem in remapping cars including bench mapping and tricore ecus. Brilliant quality maps as well. With excellent power and no over fuel smoke. Highly recommend the obd company to anyone who wants to get in to remapping or ecu repairs.
