It’s that time of year again. Time to celebrate another successful year in business! We would like to welcome you to our TRC Annual Work Do. This year the TRC team and you (our installers) will be heading over to go karting. This WILL be paid for by us so will be completely FREE of charge as a thank you for your custom throughout the year!
The way we work this to avoid us booking and paying for 20 spaces and only a few turning up (which happened a few years ago). Is we ask you to make a payment by purchasing this item for £60, when you arrive to the event we’ll tick you off our register and add £60 worth of portal TRC file Credits to your account on the portal worth £60 so basically the event is FREE. If you can’t make it to the event then the deposit will be lost unfortunately and no credits will be added to your account. We do it this way so we know who is coming and can book enough spaces and it stops us booking too many spaces and people not turning up.
The we have spoken with the go karting track and they recommended the Private Corporate Grand Prix Race event which consists of a:

Just finished a 4 day course with Lewis, I did the auto locksmith course, very nice patient fella doesn’t beat around the bush, he tells and explained what is expected from you to become a qualified auto locksmith, in these 4 days days he has explained and demonstrated every possible point of how to complete a safe job and built my confidence to become a good auto locksmith , he explain all different types of tools for different people budget. I attended the 5-day locksmith course at OBD Company in April. Lewis was amazing — he answered all our questions very patiently and made sure we fully understood everything before moving on.I didn’t leave a review straight after the course, but now after a few months and gaining more experience, I can confidently say it was worth it 👌. Of course, after the course, you need to keep practising and educating yourself, which I did — and Lewis has continued to be really helpful even afterwards. Highly recommended!

What an amazing course! I highly recommend doing it. Lewis is very knowledgeable and helps in so many ways. Anything you’re stuck with whether that’s practical or theoretical, he’s there to help and explain correct ways of doing a task and he always has an answer to every question asked. Just completed the 4 day auto locksmith training course. Nothing bad can be said about my experience, communication before and during the course was excellent, water, snacks and tea/coffee all provided on site. Clean, tidy and respectable premises. Level of training was high and good quality, i learned alot. The large amount of equipment they have on site that you can use and look at is immense. Thank you, money well spent.

I’ve had an amazing 4 days at OBD and have found it very informative and Lewis is very knowledgeable, I found it easily processable but struggled at the beginning of day 3 but later into the day and during day 4 all the pieces of the Jigsaw all fell into place and the course was very enjoyable and easy to learn at a steady pace I will be booking onto add on courses in the near future thank OBD, Lewis and Team 👍🏼

I have recently done 2 courses with The OBD company, 4 days locksmith course, 2 days ECU programming course, all 2 were absolutely brilliant, I can not recommend OBD company enough, from the knowledge of the trainers Lewis, and also the business advice from him. to how the courses are laid out, relaxed and welcoming with a perfect balance of written and talking with practical work too. Nothing is to much for the lady on reception too, Tracey, She is friendly and always there to answer your questions, even after you’ve finished the courses no one leaves you to just fend for yourself, everyone is there to help if you need it! Due to health issues I've had to leave my job on iLL health and looking to go into a trade, self employed so I can choose my own hours and take rest breaks etc when I need it, I found this company on Google search, I called Lewis and spoke to him regarding my situation and we discussed the course, and he really helped and explained the course in more depth and made me feel at ease. I've now completed the 4 day Auto Locksmith course, you certainly won't be bored on this course there is a lot of information you get and the aftercare is amazing, I still ask Lewis the random questions and he always replies and helps me. Just come back from the ecu remapping course. I can genuinely say I learnt more than I thought I could in regards to remapping. Also the added bonus of carrying out ecu programming with a tool recommended to carry out extra work. I did the 4 day auto locksmith course and it was great. The extra day for the practical was much needed, I would have liked personally to have spent time using the diagnostic/programmer if possible on cars that maybe available on that day within reason so not to do anything incorrectly, maybe a small group using the machine and others picking locks then swapping over? Just a thought. Otherwise all good!

Highly recommend the obd company for their courses. I did the 2 day canbus and immobiliser course went in with little knowledge left with a whole new understanding how it works and how its fitted. Lewis was an excellent teacher at delivering the course and answering all of our questions. Did not make any of us feel rushed took his time and taught us in the most dummy proof way possible. You can tell he has a genuine passion for the trade which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and knowledgeable. What a friendly and informative place the Auto Locksmith Course at The OBD Company was to attend.Could not have asked for more, way exceeded my expectations by far. I’m really pleased that I chose Lewis and the OBD Company.Lewis is such a good teacher you feel totally at ease and engaged all the time, it almost feels like you are a friend and he is mentoring you throughout the whole learning process…When in-fact you are, which makes it feel fun and relaxed, it feels so far from the old skool teaching which I previously could not relate or get much value from. Great company to get started with ECU remapping, with a very good crew of after sales helpers!
In my honest opinion it’s the best way to get into remapping and the training is very friendly!
Just be careful what you ask for in a file, make sure you have everything asked for in full as this growing company will only do what you ask them, if you forget you have to be charged again! Which is fair enough so just a heads up!

Had Training with this company about 2 years ago and I have to say if you really want to provide professional remapping service to your customers you need Tools like 'LEWIS' in your Toolbox. Whatever I have learnt on the Training Day was, no doubt, good value for money but the Training that I've kept receiving (even till now...and going) is priceless. Really PRO and HONEST guidance towards my success.

Well recommend anyone thinking of setting up in this field to go do this course at the OBD company , there service is unbeatable , I only needed the one day course but I good everything that I needed to no it’s set me up for life now .
