What doe’s MASSA expected from the applicant?

  • You are a limited company, partnership or sole trader who works with vehicle security products such as trackers or immobilizers.
  • You wish to show that the devices you install are created by trusted manufactures.
  • You are committed to keeping high standards, protecting consumers, and lower auto crime.
  • At all times, each MASSA member must adhere to our defined standards, requirements, and expectations in order to maintain the quality and safe operation
  • That MASSA members shall be responsible for the quality of their installers workmanship. Including installations performed by trainees or apprentice installers under their supervision.
  • It is the responsibility of the installation company and each installer to ensure that the confidentiality of installations is not compromised in anyway by allowing unqualified people or the general public to view installations. An installer will not divulge any installation practices to third parties.
  • Installation companies and each individual installer must ensure that every installation is completed in accordance with all defined requirements and criterion.
  • You may not state that your company is MASSA Approved. But you can use ‘MASSA Registered’ or ‘MASSA Verified’.
